2. Atticuses last statment I think will make the jury think. But I think Tom is going to lose. Because atticus loses.

#2 I think that the jury will not care about the statement and just say that Tom is guilty just because he is black but atticus made a good case though and Tom should be innocent.

#2. I think that Atticus's last statement will make the jury think. I think that the jury will decide that Tom is going to lose because there wasn't enough evidence to help Tom. I don't think his last statement was good enough.

2.
I think that the jury is racist and they don't care what Atticus's closing statement was because they are racist. It was a good and beleiving closing statement to the not racist people. If the people weren't racist I think that the closing statement among other things would have won the case.

Number 2:
I think the jury really started thinking about their decision. They probably started thinking about Tom and how he felt. They didn't look at Tom when they came back out, so they were feeling guilty.

#2) Atticus's statement helped his defendent by stating he can't possibly rape that girl with only one hand. At least not how she said. it doesnt help by probely getting the jurry mad.

2. I think that they should have found Tom Robinson not guilty. The reason why is because Atticus's closing statment was very well thought out. He was very precise. It was very organized.

2. The jury is all white people and they don't care what Atticus or Tom Robinson said because they are racist. It was a good honest closing statement to the blacks. If the jury was not racist I think Tom Robinson would be ruled innocent.

Question 2.

The jury will think about what Atticus has said. The jury will decide that Tom is not going to win because there was not enough evidence to support Tom. The last statement I dont think was good enough

Unknown said...

2. I think some well like it and some wont. Atticus was very smart to say what he did. I dont Tom will win the case.

2.
I think that they will still find him guilty. I think that because he is black and they always convict black people. And noone like Tom. Except for the black people.

2. I think the juy's reaction will help Tom. Atticus told what he knew was right and the jury was shocked. I think this might help prove Tom innocent.

Unknown said...

#1 His closing statement helped by talking about how all men are created equal, and thus should be treated equal. It hurt them by making some poeple uncomfortable.

Unknown said...

The last statment that Atticuses made was vary moving. I think that the jury will act positive towards his statment. But over all i think he will lose because he is smart.

#2 I think that they started thinking about Tom and that last sentence. They all believed Tom but didn't want to ruin their reputations. I think this because they didn't look at Tom when they came out of the jury room.

I think they won't care about the statement. they will say Tom is guilty cause he is a black man. i think Atticus made a good case and tom should be innocent.

#2 i thik that the jury will not care about the statement and just say that Tom is guilty just because he is black but atticus made a good case though and Tom should be inncocent.

They will think of saying he isnt guilty. They wont do that though because he is black and the other person who said tom robinson rapped her is white. They will evict Tom Robinson.

#2 I don't think the jury will care what Tom, or Atticus says. Only because he is black. i think courts back then were so messed up it's unbelievable. If a man is innocent he should not go to jail just because he is black.

Unknown said...

2 I think the jury well go ahead and let Tom be a free man agian.I thinnk this cause the closeing statement was realy good. It also explained how tom couldnt rap her and stuff.

#2
I think the Jury won't even consider the statement at all and that they will just propnouce Tom Robinson guilty.

#2
Atticuses last statement will make the jury think. They will think about letting Tom go. They won't because he is black.

#2. I think that the jury will be kind of confused. They probably felt really bad for him. Atticus's statement did and yet didn't help Tom. There wasn't really enough evidence to prove it even though he didn't do it.
