1. He is acused of rape. He aperently got inside of the house and beat Ewells daughter and "took advanteg of her". And he wants him to get executed.
#2 Atticus was asking Bob Ewell some questions that may have revealed that he is guilty. He had him write his name and he found out that he was left handed. He found out that Tom Robinson couldn't move his left hand. Mayella had told Atticus that she was beat mostly on her right side of the face. Someone that was left handed would have had to beat her on the right side.

Atticus reveals evidence about Bob Ewell, Mayella's father, that made him appear somewhat guilty of Tom Robinson's alleged crime. Bob Ewell has a drinking problem and gets vulgar and violent when he is drunk. Also, Mayella's father is left handed and she claims she got hit with a left hand. Evidence that suggests Tom Robinson is innocent is that he has no use of his right arm due to an accident in his childhood.

#1 Tom Robinson was said to have been having (you know the word) with Mayella. And the room was slung about like there had been a fight. They also said that he had beat her and that she had bruises around her neck.
